The petitioner seeks bail in Simri P.S. Case No. 160 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 380, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, six accused persons including this petitioner committed theft in the house of informant. It is further alleged that on the disclosure of petitioner certain stolen articles were recovered from Chimni Bhatta of Ajay Ray.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no eye-witness of the occurrence. There is delay of three days in lodging of FIR without any plausible explanation. Petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2021. Chargesheet has already been

Case No. 160 of 2021.
