No.1862 of 2012, which was disposed of in view of the directions made in order dated 28.06.2011 passed by a Division Bench in L.P.A. No.831 of 2009 and batch of other appeals.

2. Learned AC to SC-14, appearing on behalf of the State, in presence of the learned counsel for the petitioner and C.S.B.C.,

Patna High Court MJC No.1539 of 2013 dt.27-02-2015 2/2 submits that the M.J.C. No.871 of 2012 and other analogous cases filed against the order dated 28.06.2011 passed in L.P.A. No.831 of 2009 and batch of other appeals has been dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.10.2014 and, as such, this contempt application is not required to proceed further and this application may be dismissed in view thereof.

3. In that view of the matter, this contempt application stands dismissed.
