The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 354, 379, 427, 504, 506 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner No. 2 has already been arrested, hence, this application on his behalf has become infructuous and accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is dismissed as infructuous. The allegation of commission of assault is against the other co-accused persons. Allegation of taking away the oxen is against the petitioners which according to learned counsel is

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa/Successor Court in connection with Sour Bazar Police Station Case No. 110 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
