Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner was appointed for a period of one year from 1.10.2009. However, the petitioner continued up to 2014. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that petitioner has only worked for the period of two months.

In view of the disputed question of fact, no positive direction can be issued in the present proceeding except that respondents may verify the record and if it is found that

Final decision on the claim of the petitioner for payment of honorarium for rendering service as Tola Sewak shall be taken by the respondents within a maximum period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
