JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-08-2018 This writ petition was filed on 14.07.204 after service of two advance copies to the office of Advocate General. In the present writ application the grievance of the petitioner is payment of arrears of salary in the light of Memo Nos. 1264 and 1407 dated 13.7.2009 and 30.12.2013 respectively whereby the 1st and 2nd A.C.P. has been granted to the petitioner.

If the respondents have granted the benefit of 1st and 2nd A.C.P. it goes without saying that they are required to ensure monetary benefit arising out of 1st and 2nd A.C.P. in the light of memo no. 1264 dated 13.7.2009 and memo no. 1407 dated 13.12.2013 within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11809 of 2014(2) dt.06-08-2018 2/2 This order was passed under the compelling circumstance as no assistant was rendered on behalf of the State by filing counter affidavit in this case.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
