The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after about five years of the marriage for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence and the FIR suggests the hands of the other accused persons in killing the sister of the informant.

No.54637 of 2015 (2) dt.02-12-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Manjhagarh P.S.
