Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sasaram Town P.S. Case No.275 of 2023 dated 31.03.2023 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 188, 153(A), 341, 342, 323, 337, 338, 353, 307, 427, 435, 436, 504, 505, 506 and subsequently added Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3.

The main submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner are that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and the instant matters relates to communal violence took place in between two communities in which more than 200 persons participated and several co-accused persons have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court and petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44282 of 2023(2) dt.25-07-2023 2/2 has fair and clean antecedent and has been languishing in jail since 24th April, 2023 and against him the investigation has been completed.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the bail prayer.

Considering the above submissions and mainly the completion of investigation against the petitioner, in the opinion of this Court a lenient approach can be taken in respect of the petitioner's prayer, let the petitioner be released on bail in connection with Sasaram Town P.S. Case No.275 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
