SINHA) Date: 26-02-2015 In response to the notice issued in the limitation matter, respondent-wife has appeared and states through his lawyer Mr. Purushottam Jha that her only child (son) born through the appellant died and in the circumstances, the request of the appellant for directing the parties including the child born to them to undergo D.N.A. test to establish the paternity of the child has become infructuous on account of his death.
