JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 23-02-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that correction required in the order dated 03.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7511 of 2020 were made vide order dated 03.02.2021 but at that time he could not point out to this Court that in view of the correction now the period fixed by this Court to submit the bail bond to be made applicable from the date of correction.

Learned counsel submits that the four weeks time granted in the order dated 03.03.2020 to surrender and submit the bail bond be reckoned from today.

Mr. Akhileshwar Dayal, learned APP who is incharge of this Court is present and submits that such correction in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8044 of 2021(3) dt.23-02-2021 2/2 order dated 03.03.2020 has necessitated the aforesaid prayer of the petitioner and, hence, he has no objection. In the aforesaid view of the matter, let the four weeks time as stated in the order dated 03.03.2020 for purpose of submission of bail bond be counted from today. Rest of the orders shall remain intact.
