Petitioners seek bail in Pipra P.S. Case No.102 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In the written report, it is alleged that petitioner No.1 made firing which just passed touching the skin of the informant. It is alleged that petitioner No.2 caused injury to younger brother of the informant, namely, Diwakar Singh, with arrow. Petitioner No.3 is alleged to have caused injury to the informant with arrow.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66112 of 2018(3) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 Learned APP has submitted that case diary has been received. In para 11, and 12 statement of injured Dayanath Singh, and Diwakar Singh have been recorded, wherein, they have stated that all the persons assaulted them. They have not levelled any allegation of specific overt act against the petitioners as mentioned in the written report. Injury report is available in the case diary, which shows that they have more than one injury on their person. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Supaul, in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.102 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners. (Sanjay Priya, J) J. Alam/- U T
