2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per F.I.R., 1.5 liters of foreign liquor and 6 litres of country-made liquor has been recovered from the possession of co-accused.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and has been implicated in this case only on the disclosure of his name by the co-accused Shubham Kumar. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII cum Special Judge, Excise-II, Madhepura, in connection with Madhepura Excise P.S. Case No. 621/2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
