The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with A.B.P. No. 1560 of 2021 arising out of Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 74 of 2021 registered under Sections 304(B), 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Petitioners are brother-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased.
