2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1913 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute. As per allegation, the marriage of the complainant was solemnized with the petitioner on 21.11.2021. The customary presents were given by the family members of the complainant at the occasion of the marriage. The petitioner and his family members were adamant on demanding a Wagon-R Car and a cash of Rs. 10 lakh. It is further alleged that the petitioner and his family members inflicted atrocities on the

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is the only son of his parents, who are residing with the petitioner in Faridabad at his place of work. The complainant is not willing to reside with the parents of the petitioner and it is not possible for the petitioner to leave his parents.
5. Be that as it may, it is admitted fact that the complainant is wife of the petitioner and she is living in her maika along with her child.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Muzaffarpur (West) in connection with Complaint Case No. 1913 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
7. The petitioner is directed to pay an amount of Rs. 5,000/- each per month to the complainant and his child as maintenance.
