This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Durgawati P.S. Case No.33 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 66/137(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

It is alleged that the petitioners and others have forcibly established sexual relationship with the victim girl. The petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2025. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42409 of 2025(3) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 that the petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. and the victim had left her house on her own. He further submits that the F.I.R. has been registered after more than two months. 5.

Learned counsel for the State and the informant have opposed the prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail.

Considering the fact that the petitioners and others are said to have committed rape on the victim girl, I am not inclined to grant the petitioners privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
