The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 305 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act. Mr. Vibhuti Ranjan Sonvadra, learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to the FIR has submitted that it is on an information gathered that the police personnel arrived and made search of the hay-stack in which a fire arm was recovered. He submits that the recovery is neither from the person of the petitioner nor from the house of the petitioner rather from the hay-stack which was situated near the house of the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner has a clean antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55211 of 2015 (2) dt.18-12-2015 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the circumstances existing, let the petitioner, namely, Shambhu Chauhan in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda) and/or the court concerned in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 305 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
