2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 325, 307, 379, 354 and 34 of the IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and submits that on account of dispute relating to property, an altercation took place in which both side assaulted each other. It is also submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. It is next submitted that informant and the accused persons are agnates and are having dispute relating to property for which T.S. Case No. 180 of 2020 has been filed, which is pending adjudication in between the informant and the accused person.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner next submits that petitioner is not a criminal and is a person with clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sohail P.S. Case No. 44 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
