The petitioner seeks bail in Mehandia P.S. Case No.10 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted on the head of the informant by means of lathi inflicting head injury to him over a land dispute. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is a case and counter case between the parties. The injuries sustained by the informant are simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 22.08.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50487 of 2017 (02) dt.18-10-2017 2/ 2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Mehandia P.S. Case No.10 of 2017.
