Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, the informant has strong suspicion that the petitioners have committed murder of his mother. The dead body was found in decomposed condition. The Incharge Director, FSL, Muzaffarpur has reported that, in fact, viscera of the case was received by him on 12.06.2018. He further reported that the examination report would be sent to the police station concerned. Petitioners are in custody since 06.06.2018 and 12.07.2018 respectively.

No.64898 of 2018(9) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that only material after conclusion of the investigation is suspicion against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Parihar Police Station Case No. 71 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
