Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 3, the Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent no. 3 shall dispose of the same after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through her counsel by passing a reasoned
