In view of the fact that the representation (Annexure-3) of the petitioner addressed to Director (Administration), Bihar Agriculture University, Sabour for redressal of his grievance is pending, it would be appropriate that the petitioner may file a fresh representation for redressal of his grievance before the Director, Administration, Bihar Agriculture University, Sabour, which is competent authority to address the grievance of the petitioner, as the petitioner is now under the control of Bihar Agriculture University, Sabour.
3. In view of the above, the writ application is
Patna High Court CWJC No.12746 of 2014 dt.20-08-2018 2/2 disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation within a period of one month from today along with a copy of this order before the Director, Administration, Bihar Agriculture University, Sabour for redressal of his grievance and the Director, Administration, Bihar Agriculture University, Sabour will examine the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate order within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation.
