2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 167 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 317(5), 3(5) of the BNS and under Section 25(1B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are accused of committing loot with the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2025 and one one country made loaded pistol and one motorcycle was recovered from the accused persons.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
