JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-04-2016 Petitioner wants a direction upon the respondents to change the name of Sri Mahavir Ranipatti High School, Tikuliya Bishanpur Sundar to Sri Junasi High School on the name of the present petitioner who supposed to have donated 1 Bigha, 6 Kathas and 12 Dhurs of land way back on 30th March, 1971. While the request of the petitioner was being considered, the respondents have received some further objection and claim from one Mr. Parmanand Yadav that he has gifted 15 Bighas of land for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18682 of 2015 dt.22-04-2016 2 / 2 school in question, therefore, the name of the school should be changed in his name. The above position is being verified by the authorities.

In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction upon the Director, Secondary Education that he will get the enquiry held and take a decision with regard to the naming of the school within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
