====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Dhaka P.S. Case No. 60 of 2017, instituted for the offence under Section of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the written report it is alleged that ransom amount of Rs.5,00,000/- has been demanded from the Mobile phone No. 7970562713 which belongs to the petitioner on the Mobile No. 9006723655 of the informant. During investigation, the aforesaid SIM from which ransom call made, was found to be issued in favour of petitioner. The petitioner had lost the Mobile with SIM Card. Thereafter, the same was used by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73893 of 2018(3) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 somebody else. He has no concern with the demand of ransom money.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana (Dhaka), East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 60 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
