JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No. 41 of 2015 registered under Sections 409, 419, 420, 471 and 472/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner and others is of misappropriation of total amount of Rs. 1,50,000/-. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a retired government servant. He has already deposited Rs. 50,000/- in appropriate account. Further submission is that co-accused Harilal Singh has already been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 7751 of 2016 on 31.03.2016.

No.52101 of 2016 (3) dt.20-12-2016 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Lakhisarai in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No. 41 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
