ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Turkauliya P.S.Case No. 272 of 2014 registered under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 386 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of N.I.Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M.,Motihari, East Champaran. Learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and learned counsel for the State are present.

Counsel for the petitioners has been consistently absent on several dates having earlier confessed before this Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14862 of 2015 (7) dt.01-12-2015 2/2 that the amount due to opposite party no.2 will be paid back to the complainant within a period of one month vide order dated 27.11.2015 but it appears that the petitioners have resiled from the statement made before this Court.

Considering the aforementioned facts and the action of the petitioners in escaping from this Court, interim order dated 09.09.2015 passed in favour of the petitioners stands withdrawn.
