JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-11-2016 Sri Sudama Singh, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Surendra Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, submits that the petitioner, on an allegation of recovery of very small quantity of Ganja, has been made accused. A plea was taken that the Gumti, from which 120 gms Ganja was recovered, was not in possession of the petitioner. However, after some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition, so that the petitioner may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail. The prayer is allowed.
The petition stands disposed of with an indication that if the petitioner appears before the court below within six weeks from today and makes a prayer for regular bail, the learned
