====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-09-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 120(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, these petitioners along with other F.I.R. named accused persons fraudulently collected huge amount of money from the informant and others in the name of providing Government job.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier petitioner No. 1 had transferred total amount of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44899 of 2023(3) dt.21-09-2023 2/2 70,000/- on 22.12.2021 and 27.12.2021 to the account of the informant through IMPS mode from a cyber cafe and when petitioner No. 1 demanded his money back, then informant lodged this false and concocted case against him and his family members. It is next submitted that to secure employment through unfair means is in itself illegal and prohibited. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Shahpur P. S. Case No. 125 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
