The appellant Oriental Insurance Co.Ltd. is ready to pay the compensation amount awarded by the Motor Vehicle Accident Claim Tribunal by the impugned award. The aforesaid is submission of Mr. Krishna Kishore Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the Insurance Company.

Learned counsel for the claimants informs that only Rs.50,000/- of ad interim award was received by the claimants and rest is to be paid by the Insurance Company. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal. Hence, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

Registry is directed to remit the statutory amount in the name of claimant No.1-Mirti Devi through cheque.
