The petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2017 in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 241 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 20 (B) , 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that whatever recoveries were made, which is about 2 K.G., was not recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It was, in fact, found in a Jhola located near the shop of one Md. Hashmi and the petitioner has no concern about the same. Considering the aforesaid facts that the quantity recovered is less than the commercial quantity and also the fact that the recoveries were not made from the conscious possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on
