The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 195 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 366(a) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has denied all the allegations levelled against the petitioner and she admitted that she out of her sweet will performed marriage with the petitioner and she is living happily in her Sasural. Moreover, the learned Magistrate has also assessed

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Nawada in connection with Kawakole P.S.
