The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No.10 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 377 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Considering the specific allegation made in the first information report that the petitioner committed rape and unnatural offence with minor daughter of the informant and the trial has already commenced, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The application is rejected.
