The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Maheshi P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that there is specific allegation against Durga Mukhiya of giving Dabiya blow on the head of son of the informant namely, Chandra Kishore Mukhiya, causing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1234 of 2017 (3) dt.16-02-2017 2/2 bleeding injury. It has further been submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the petitioners. From the written report, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the petitioners. It is mentioned in para-3 of bail petition that petitioners have clean antecedent. In the circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail is allowed.

In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Maheshi P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
