ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 928 (c) of 2013 for the offences registered under Sections 406, 420, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It appears that despite time having been given to the complainant to bring on record the relevant documents, the same has not been brought on record.

The matter had come before this court earlier and was referred to the Patna High Court, Mediation Centre but since the mediation has failed, the same has been placed before this court for further orders.

No.56373 of 2015 (7) dt.26-07-2016 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and that there being no resistance from the complainant and that also because the petitioner had earlier been extended interim protection, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Complaint Case No. 928 (c) of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
