2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 241 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable u/s 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018 pending in the court of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court no. II, Bhojpur at Ara.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail,
