2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahadurpur (Sonki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 149 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has been found to be using looted mobile phone.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2025 and he claims to have clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts of the case and the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44991 of 2025(2) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga/concerned Court below in connection with Bahadurpur (Sonki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 149 of 2023, subject to the condition that the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Madhuban Police Station, District-Dhanbad on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

8. As the petitioner claims to have clean antecedent, the Court below, before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner is directed to verify the antecedent of the petitioner. If the petitioner is found to be involved in any other case then the bail bonds of the petitioner shall not be accepted.

9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Dhanbad through FAX for its compliance.
