ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-12-2015 The present modification application has been filed for extension of time fixed in order dated 7.1.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.29686/15 for surrendering in the court below. It appears that petitioner no.5 has been taken into custody. However, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the rest of the petitioners could not surrender due to reason beyond control and the delay is not deliberate.

Considering the aforesaid submission made, let the time for surrender in earlier order now be extended and shall run four weeks from today.
