1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i) For direction to the respondents concerned to

Patna High Court CWJC No.10374 of 2024(2) dt.01-08-2024 2/3 cancel/ terminate the appointment of respondent No. 13 and 14 who are working as "Panchayat Shikshak" at Primary School (Sanskrit) Mathura and Prakhand Sikshank, Moddle School, Mathura respectively who were appointed on the basis of fake, forged & bogus certificates in view of the order/ direction passed on 18.05.2015 and 05.12.2016 in C.W.J.C. No. 15459/2014 by this Hon'ble High Court.

ii) For direction to the respondent No. 9, 10 and 11 to lodge an F.I.R. against the Respondent No. 13 and 14 in the light of the order dated 18.05.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15459/2014 (Ranjeet Pandit Vs. The State of Bihar & others) since their Appointment was found void ab initio and illegal.

iii) For direction to the respondents concern to take necessary action with respect to removal of the respondents No. 13 and 14 who were appointed illegally on the basis of fabricated/ false/ forged certificate and the respondent No. 13 and 14 be refrained from working and their salary may be stopped.

iv) For direction to the respondents concern for recovery of the salary made to the respondent No. 13 and 14 illegally & for causing massive financial loss to the exchequer.

v) For direction to the competent authority to take necessary and appropriate action against the erring / responsible officials who were involved for the illegal forged appointment of the respondent No. 13 and 14 and compensate to the daughter of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10374 of 2024(2) dt.01-08-2024 3/3 petitioner who had been deprived of being selected and appointed and for suffered huge miscarriage of justice."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands dismissed.
