1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
2. Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Ariyari(Kasar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 90 of 2023, dated 31.03.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 379, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The main submissions advanced by learned counsel Mr. Deepak Kumar appearing for the petitioners are that the petitioners have fair and clean antecedent and they are students and petitioner No. 1 passed Intermediate Examination in the year 2023 and petitioner No. 2 has passed B. Sc Mathematics (Hons) examination in the year 2019 and in the present time they are making preparation for various

No.44933 of 2023(2) dt.27-07-2023 2/2 competitive examinations and in the present matter, no one has come forward with the allegation of being cheated on account of the alleged act of the petitioners and moreover, some of the coaccused persons, whose details are stated to have been disclosed by these petitioners, have been granted bail by the trial Court itself and against the petitioners, investigation has been completed.
4. Learned APP Mr. Raj Kishor Singh appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, considering the above submissions and mainly petitioners' young age and their fair and clean antecedent and completion of investigation against them, in my opinion, it is a fit case for bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, let the petitioners named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Ariyari(Kasar O.P.)
