The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 128 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 468, 477, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is admitted land dispute between the parties. Similarly situated co-accused Nand Kishor Yadav has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 18.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 694 of 2017. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5578 of 2017 (3) dt.24-03-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 128 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
