2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Sanokhar (Amdanda OP) P.S. Case No. 118 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the certificate of petitioner, who was appointed as Anganwari Sevika, was found to be forged.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and her certificate is genuine and has not been properly verified and falsely been implicated in this case.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51469 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 She has been removed from the post of Aganwadi Sevika. He further submits that the petitioner is a lady having no criminal antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused Archana Kumari has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 11.08.2023 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 47996 of 2023.

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class Bhagalpur in connection with Sanokhar (Amdanda OP) P.S. Case No. 118 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
