Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109, 76, 352, 303(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and the informant alleges that on 24-7-2024 at 8 am, 15 named accused persons including the petitioner came and started abusing and assaulted by farsa causing injury on head, thereafter Manju assaulted by lathi causing fracture of hand, while Akhilesh assaulted Rinki by rod causing injury on left hand and ear, further Nitish assaulted Rohni by lathi causing

No.44501 of 2026(2) dt.27-07-2026 2/3 injury on head, thereafter accused persons assaulted Himanshu and Abhishek; and Nitish acted inappropriately with Rohani and unveiled her while Pradeshi unveiled Rinki and Tarkeshwar snatched chain, while Aarti snatched chain of Rohni and Ramni Kumari snatched ear tops of Rinki.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that on account of dispute relating to land, an altercation took place in which both sides assaulted each other. It is further submitted that as far as petitioner is concerned, no specific allegation of assault is alleged against her.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the fact that petitioner is a woman, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection
