Petitioner is in custody in connection with Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 20 of 2019 for the offence under section393 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner that allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in loot of motorcycle.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.2.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than four months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
