This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Falka P.S. Case No.31 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that four persons have snatched the motorcycle after beating and firing upon the informant. In the said firing, the informant was injured. The brother of the informant was also assaulted by the said persons.

The looted motorcycle has been recovered from co-accused Rakesh Yadav, who gave a self - inculpatory statement implicating the petitioner also. The petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2025.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
