ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 12-02-2015 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 03.11.2011 by which the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar has refused to release gas cylinders seized in Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 241 of 2011 on the ground that confiscation proceeding was going on.
It has been submitted that during the pendency of this application the Petitioners have been acquitted.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32446 of 2012 dt.12-02-2015 Considering the aforesaid aspects, the District Magistrate, Buxar is directed to pass necessary orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
With the aforesaid observations, the application is disposed off.
