For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Yogesh Chandra Verma, Adv. For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Bharat Bhushan, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 18-11-2016 Heard Mr. Yogesh Chandra Verma learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as learned A.P.P. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Chandradip P.S. Case No. 01/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 419, 420 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The Block Education Officer, Aliganj alleged that the petitioner along with other accused persons got appointment on the post of block teacher by producing forged and fake mark-sheet of B.E.T.E.T.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is unmarried girl. Petitioner did not take out fake marksheet of B.E.T.E.T. and somebody else or her guardian obtained mark-sheet in order to get the petitioner employed, but it appears
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39822 of 2016 (4) dt.18-11-2016 2/2 that the petitioner got appointment to the post of block teacher on the basis of fake mark-sheet of B.E.T.E.T., as passed in B.E.T.E.T. examination, although the petitioner failed in the B.E.T.E.T. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
If the petitioner surrenders in the court below, learned court below shall consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner taking into consideration that petitioner is a girl and dispose of the bail petition preferably on the same day. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Vinita/- U T
