The writ petition has been filed inter alia for a direction to the authorities of the Bihar State Food and Civil Supply Corporation to make payment of his outstanding bills as

Patna High Court CWJC No.29 of 2016 (4) dt.13-07-2016 Transport -cum- Handling Agent including the earnest money and security money.

In the nature of the relief so prayed, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent- Managing Director to consider the grievance of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law either by himself or by referring it to the officer competent to dispose of such claim.

It goes without saying that the claim raised by the petitioner should be considered and disposed of after opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and in case the claim is found admissible it should be paid and if found inadmissible, the same should be disposed of by a speaking order. In either case the claim should be disposed of expeditiously and preferably within three months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order. (Jyoti Saran, J) deepika/- U
