JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-03-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application for bail for the reason that the petitioner has already been allowed default bail under Section 167 Cr.P.C. due to non-submission of the charge-sheet within statutory time.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn in connection with Chandramandi P.S. Case No. 83 of 2020, G.R. No. 1955 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jamui.

The Superintendent of Police, Jamui shall submit an explanation for non-submission of the charge-sheet within time by the Investigating Officer in connection with Chandramandi P.S. Case No. 83 of 2020, G.R. No. 1955 of 2020. The explanation must come by 19.04.2021.
