The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, it is stated that as a result of altercation between Satendra Paswan and the husband of the informant, Satendra Paswan went on the terrace of his house wherein he was joined by the other accused persons including the two petitioners herein. As a result of throwing of stones etc. by the accused persons, the husband of the informant sustained injuries in his head and subsequently succumbed to his injury. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53517 of 2021(3) dt.27-04-2022 2/2 that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. The petitioners happen to be father and wife of aforesaid Satendra Paswan. They are in custody since 18.6.2021 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners who are in custody for 10 months, the petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case no. 55 of 2020 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur, District Patna (Partha Sarthy, J) Spd/- U T
