This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party nos. 2 to 7 vide order dated 15.04.2026 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Saran at Chhapra in ABP No. 1205 of 2026 arising out of Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 131 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48319 of 2026(2) dt.15-07-2026 2/2 504, 506, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and later Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the accused persons are said to have killed the deceased by assaulting him with a flower pot, who died after 30 days from the date of occurrence.

4. I have perused the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party nos. 2 to 7 and do not find any error in the said order. Further, the petitioner has not been able to show any good ground to interfere with the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party nos.2 and 7. Hence, no ground for cancellation of bail is made out.

5. Accordingly, this cancellation bail application is rejected. However, the petitioner is given liberty to approach the Superintendent of Police, Saran for their grievance with a representation and if the Superintendent of Police, Saran finds that the petitioner is being threatened by the accused persons then he will provide all protection to the petitioner in accordance with law.
