JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jagdishpur Police Station Case No. 182 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration that the specific allegation of opening fire and lobbing bomb is against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and, accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.Case No. 182 of 2016, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur stands rejected.
